HAPPY NEW YEAR 2006!

It's another year. Wahhhhhh! Amazing! A year ago, we were still in Singapore, recovering from the transplant! Now it's like I've never even heard of the word dialysis. It's mind boggling really, how quickly you adjust to being healthy once again. Alhamdulillah. I'm thankful this year to just keep healthy and happy. Hope you're keeping well there too in Mekkah, dudu!!

Well, didn't plan on doing anything much today. Woke up pretty late. 10am? Only cos the baby was banging on our door, asking why I wasn't staying at the hotel with him. Ahhhhh.... sweet!

Everyone else went to one wedding function or another. Watched "Desperate Housewives" marathon right after lunch. I dozed off a bit, but woke up for Zuhur and Asar. Then more TV. Hahahah! That's the life huh?

Got hungry around 6pm, so decided to just have me a boiled egg and some crispbreads. (Feeling guilty form last night). But just as I was about to fish out me eggy, sis called to say that me uncle has invited us all out for dinner at Li Gong! Oh no! No diet tonight either then huh? Oh well, hey! Free food! Heheheh! And was it ever so yummy! It was about 9pm by the time we ate, so I was really hungry too! Ah! What the heck! Had sweet corn soup with prawns to start, then fried rice with stir fried beef with crispy cakoi bits in it, crispy fried chicken, butter prawns and veggie then finished off with a melon in mango nectar dessert! Heaven!

Plus, who walked into the restaurant as well?! Dayang Nurfaezah and Misha Omar!! (Plus entourage, of course). Heheheh! Fancy them picking the same restaurant to eat in! Unfortunately, none of us had the guts to go up to their table for photo op! Arrrgghh! Wot a waste! Hehehe!
