Didn't do much today. Thank god for the gym. Did weights today plus cardio. Paid for 12 sessions of personal training @$300! Hopefully gonna be worth it. Can't seem to get any lower than 54kg. Plateau? I think so. Besides I'm getting bored with my weights routine. Pia says we'll do totally new stuff when we start in July after my doctors review. Hopefully my blood results would be ok.
