Chemotherapy Session 5 - Day 1

Woke up @8am to go to hospital. Thankfully m.i.l. was already there when I arrived around 9am, having her catheter inserted. Didn't start infusion until 9.20am though.

Mom picked me up around 11.30am, and we went round to Hokko to get some pants material for Mom and m.i.l. Then stopped by Fleur De Lys to pick up a Mushroom Quiche for Mom, plus a Chicken Waldorf salad and a Tuna Pasta salad for moi. Since it was still early to pick up the lil slugger from school, Mom stopped by the Rimba nursery to get a few flower pots.

Went to gym alone this afternoon, since Dad had a hospital appointment, and Mom was busy preparing for tonight's function. Did 15 minutes on the Natural Runner, 35 minutes on the treadmill, then finished off rowing 2000m. Yeah! Good workout!

After a refreshing shower and Asar prayers, had an early meal at 6pm and finished off the yummies I got this morning. Then got ready for prayers downstairs. Although it was his birthday today, my uncle managed to stop by, but had to leave before Isya' since they're having a big birthday dinner at Spaghettini's. Awww... shucks! I love Spaghettini's! Oh well..... Happy 63rd!
